The buyer is entitled to notify, in writing, to waive the purchase without penalty and without giving any reason, within 14 working days after receiving the product.
The direct costs to return products are the responsibility of the buyer. If the purchaser has benefited of free delivery, as explained in the section “Delivery of the products”, our company will retain the delivery tax (shipment costs of first delivery). To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us, in writing, by filling in the Return Form. Reimbursement will be completed within 30 days, starting the moment we confirm receiving your Return Package, via email or phone. For the product return process to be valid and completed, please make sure that the returning package meets the following, since they are mandatory:
- The product/s must be in the same condition as when delivered;
- The product/s and package has to include the original Sofia Erhan tags;
- The product/s must not be used or damaged;
- The product/s must have been unused with sanitary protectant attached. Please do not remove the sanitary protectant attached while trying the item and then reattach, the items will not be accepted.
- The product/s must not present make-up marks or any other stain.
- The product/s must only be tried on over your own undergarments.

If you do not have time to complete the form, you can send the parcel directly to the above mentioned address in maximum 14 calendaristic days from the date of delivery, and inside the bank account will be noted on a paper to make the payment.
For refund, all the payments will be done by bank transfer in your bank account, either the delivery was in Romania or in other country.
Payment will be made by bank transfer to the account specified by you.
To settle your refund claim, as soon as possible, we recommend returning the products through the Courier Company that delivered you the product in the first place. The purchaser may choose to change the returned product with another of our products, if available on stock. In case you want to replace the returned product with another one available in stock, delivery costs will be borne by you, as a customer. Replacing a product with another that has a higher value, involves payment of the price difference online into our account. The refund of the returned product will be completed within 30 days, into the bank account. If you receive an order other than yours, please, contact us within 72 hours to report the situation and we will ensure that the product would be replaced with a new product or a refund as soon as possible. In this case, the delivery costs for product return and replacement, if any, are borne by Sofia Erhan Bain Couture. For packages that show visible damage at the courier receipt, we recommend to refuse their reception.
METHODS OF PAYMENT FOR DELIVERIES
For the delivery on the Romanian territory, the payment of the order can be done in 2 ways: upon delivery or by card when you launch the order.
For deliveries in other countries, there is no possibility to pay cash on delivery, only payment by card when you launch the order.
