DOMESTIC RETURN INSTRUCTIONS – ROMANIA
- Prepare the Items:
- Carefully fold the items, ensuring that all tags remain securely attached, including the protective hygienic clear liner strip.
- Packaging:
- Place the items in the original Sofia Erhan custom box, and cover up with the plain cartoon box or use another one similar for proper protection during transit.
- Seal the package securely with strong adhesive tape to prevent any damage. Please note that any damage to the box or improper packaging may result in a deduction of 30 RON from your refund.
- Arrange for Shipping:
- Please visit the official FAN Courier returns website at retur.fancourier.ro.
- Search for "Sofia Erhan Swimwear" in the list of stores.
- Please follow the instructions provided on the website to initiate the return of your order.
- Shipping Confirmation:
- After sending the package through FAN Courier, monitor your email for updates.
- You will receive confirmation or tracking information via email to keep you informed about the progress of your return.
INTERNATIONAL PACKING RETURN INSTRUCTION

- Initiate the Return:

- Contact DHL from your area and book the pick-up according to your schedule.
- Confirmation:
- Check your email regularly for updates.
- Wait for our response via email, which will include further instructions and confirmation of receiving your return.

Returns/Exchange Conditions
- Item Condition: Please ensure that all returned products are in their original condition. Items must not be worn, soiled, or show any signs of stains, makeup marks, or defects. Thank you for your understanding.
- Return Criteria: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition with the protective adhesive strip intact, unworn, undamaged, and unused. All original tags should be attached, and the items should be returned in its original packaging.
- Exchange Item or Size:Please note you have the option to exchange the returned product for another item from our stock, if available. Please note that delivery costs for the exchange will be the responsibility of the customer. If you choose to replace the returned product with one of higher value, the price difference can be paid online to our account or directly to the courier.
Refunds Procedure
- Refund Proces: Once we receive and approve your return, we will process your refund using the original payment method, excluding any shipping charges. You will receive email updates at each stage of the refund process for your convenience.
- Refund time: We will process your refund within 14 days. If any information is unclear, we may reach out to request additional details such as your IBAN, name, or SWIFT code.
